About me
Hi, I'm Zsanett.
I am currently in my third year of training at the Norwegian Gestalt Institute. As part of my education, I offer therapy sessions as a student therapist, working under the guidance of experienced supervisors and teachers. I follow ethical guidelines of the EAGT (European Association for Gestalt Therapy) Code of Ethics.

I offer a warm and supportive space where we explore your challenges through conversation and creative experimentation, allowing you to experience and investigate them in the present moment. Rather than advising or interpreting, I trust that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help you uncover your inner resources and full potential and support you in becoming more independent and confident.

I am based in Copenhagen, offering therapy online (and soon in person) in Hungarian or English. My professional background includes extensive experience in human resources, coaching, and organisational development within dynamic IT startup environments.
I enjoy spending time with my family, bike around the city and soak in the sun or sea, do puzzles, paint and read books . To connect with my body, I practice yoga and meditation.

Gestalt therapy
"In Gestalt therapy, the goal is to help the individual become more aware of what they are doing, what they are thinking, and how they are feeling."
Gestalt therapy is a holistic and integrative approach that focuses on increasing self-awareness in the present moment. By bringing attention to thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, it helps individuals gain insight into how they respond to different situations. This awareness can reveal patterns that may be limiting personal growth, offering new possibilities for change.The Gestalt approach emphasises the connection between mind and body, encouraging a deepened presence in the here and now. It is based on the understanding that our experiences and behaviours are shaped by our environment and circumstances. By becoming more mindful of what is happening in the present, we create space for new perspectives and wiser choices.In therapy, we work together to explore how life’s challenges impact you. Through this process, you have the opportunity to recognize unhelpful patterns, better understand your needs, and develop greater self-support. Gestalt therapy fosters a deeper connection with yourself, helping you move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

You have a new role in your life and you want to be aware of the changes that comes with it, or your focus is on self-development.You feel like something is holding you back, you repeat the same patterns or you would like to change the way you react in situations.

Motherhood
Being responsible for a little life can be overwhelming, and there is nothing wrong with you if you reach out for support in this process.
I also wholeheartedly welcome people with fertility difficulties, women with birth related traumas or worries about their role as a mother.

Payment is made after the session through MobilePay or via bank transfer. I offer reduced prices for students, pensioners, unemployed people and parents on parental leave.​
Cancellations and changes to the appointment time must be made 24 hours before the agreed-upon time via email. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full fee will be charged.
